Nicole was trained in Theatre Arts and English at The Ohio State University and completed her graduate work in Education at Chapman University in Orange County, California. She has dedicated the entirety of her 15 year career to education as a public and private school teacher, curriculum designer and education reform professional.
Following her work as an English/Theatre/Capstone Project teacher, she worked with Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA as a site manager for academic and corporate outreach programming partnerships between Pittsburgh's largest corporate headquarters and local school districts. Nicole then utilized her expertise in the field of education reform by working with Kaplan K-12 Learning Services as a Senior Implementation Manager, implementing a 40 school partnership that focused on SAT preparation and curriculum/assessment redesign.
